The new flagship will be offered in the subcontinent at a price of 49,999 rupees, at today’s exchange rate around 630 euros.
After the announcement, during the Mobile World Congress 2018, of Nokia 1, Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco, HMD Global launches his top gamma Sirocco 8 on the Indian market. Nokia 8 Sirocco, will be available from April 20th exclusively via the Flipkart platform, in a single color variant, priced at 49,999 rupees, around 630 euros.
An advanced edition of the previous Nokia 8, Sirocco is supported by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 CPU combined with Adreno 540 gpu, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage expandable via MicroSD.
It features a 5.5-inch P-OLED display with 1,440×2,560 pixels of resolution and protection in Gorilla Glass 5. Noteworthy is the main camera, a 12-megapixel with 2x optical zoom, optical image stabilizer and Dual Led flash.
The device comes with Google Android 8 Oreo and is powered by a battery of 3.260mAh that is able, according to the company, to ensure up to 495 hours on standby and 1,320 minutes in conversation.
